Come home soon
-Bhuwan Thapaliya
Such a lovely day is today.
Lascivious is its beauty, and
the beauty is making love with
the loveliness of the day. And
the fleecy flowers are dancing
in the rain saliently
as the stray petals of my life.
Where are you, beloved?
I long to do nothing
but play hide and seek
in the rain with you.
Where are you, beloved? Come
home soon…come home soon.
I’m craving to hold you by the waist
and stir the sugar of our love
with my tongue, and drink
the afternoon tea, straight
from the kettle of your love.
Where are you, beloved? Come
home soon…come home soon.
Such a lovely day is today.
Lascivious is its beauty, and
the beauty is making love with
the loveliness of the day.
